Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person, per household, per device.
• You must provide accurate, current information at signup and keep it updated.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where rewards platforms are prohibited.

2. User Responsibilities

• Keep your password and 2FA secret confidential — you are responsible for all account activity.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use bots, scripts, VPNs to disguise location, emulators, or automation of any kind.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Provide truthful information when completing tasks or verifications.

3. Rewards Policy

• Each task displays its reward amount before you start.
• Rewards are credited instantly after you click "Verify Task" and pass automated checks.
• We reserve the right to reverse rewards from tasks that were not completed in good faith.
• The Welcome Bonus ($10) is credited once per verified account, ever.
• Daily login bonuses ($0.25) can be claimed once per UTC day.
• Reward rates and daily task limits may change at any time.

4. Referral Policy

• You earn 10% lifetime commission on the earnings of every user you refer.
• Referral commission is paid automatically into your available balance.
• Self-referrals, referrals from the same household, IP, or device, and any incentivized signups outside our published bonus are strictly forbidden.
• Referral chains found to be artificial (fake accounts, bots, bonus farms) will be removed and earnings forfeited.
• You may not spam, mislead, or impersonate PrizeEarn to recruit referrals.

5. Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: $5.
• A one-time withdrawal verification is required before your first payout. The fee is 100 PKR (Pakistan) or $2 USD (international), payable to our published Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank, or Payoneer accounts.
• Verification is reviewed within 12–48 hours. After approval, no future withdrawals require a verification fee.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–7 business days depending on method.
• The verification fee is a non-refundable processing fee.
• Withdrawal requests can be denied if fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or policy violations are detected.
• Account details (wallet addresses, phone numbers) you provide must match your verified identity.

6. Fraud Prevention

• We continuously monitor IPs, device fingerprints, behavior patterns, and risk scores.
• Suspicious accounts are flagged and may be temporarily restricted pending review.
• Examples of fraud: bots, multi-accounting, VPN/proxy use to fake location, fake task proof, falsified verification documents, payment chargebacks, social engineering of support.
• Fraudulent activity results in immediate account termination and forfeit of the entire balance, including referral earnings.
• Severe cases may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• Warning: minor policy issues; account remains active.
• Suspended: temporarily restricted pending investigation; you may submit appeal evidence.
• Banned: permanent termination; balance forfeited; future signups blocked.
• You may close your account at any time from Profile → Settings.
• We may terminate any account, at our discretion, for breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on PrizeEarn are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

PrizeEarn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that earnings will reach any specific amount.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PrizeEarn shall not exceed the rewards credited to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
